Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our team. This role is essential for supporting various operational tasks across our projects, ensuring smooth workflow and safety standards. The ideal candidate is physically fit, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Previous experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in the role.

Duties
-Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites
-Prepare work areas by clearing debris, setting up tools, and organizing supplies
-Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as directed
-Perform general labor such as digging, lifting, and moving materials as well as general construction tasks
-Maintain cleanliness and safety of work sites by following established protocols
-Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
-Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries during all activities

Skills
-Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods
-Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
-Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
-Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction or industrial settings (preferred)
-Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
-Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or warehouse work is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key
