Barez Auto Recycling Ltd is hiring a full-time Inventory Associate for our SE Calgary yard.

We are an established auto recycler (since 2014) with 500 donor vehicles and 12,000 inventoried OEM parts sold locally, across Canada, and on eBay. We need an organized, hands-on person to keep our inventory accurate and moving.

PAY: $18 - $22/hr, full-time, based on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Receive incoming vehicles and parts, check them in, and assign stock numbers
- Inventory parts into our yard management system (Checkmate) with accurate descriptions, conditions, and locations
- Photograph parts with our Photomate app for online listings
- Label, tag, and shelve parts; keep warehouse racking and yard locations organized
- Pull parts for customer orders and prepare them for pickup or shipping
- Run regular cycle counts and fix location/quantity errors
- Help with packing, shipping, and general yard duties as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Basic auto parts knowledge (engines, transmissions, body parts, electrical) - recycling, dismantling, or parts counter experience is a strong asset
- Comfortable using a computer, tablet, and phone apps
- Detail-oriented and reliable - accuracy matters
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse/yard environment year-round
- Valid driver's licence an asset; forklift experience an asset
