I’m Timothy J. Lalonde, an appointed Saskatchewan Notary Public based in Asquith. I offer mobile appointments at homes, hospitals, care homes, workplaces, and other suitable locations in Saskatoon and surrounding communities.

• Commissioner for Oaths services provided in my capacity as a Notary Public
• Certifying true copies after examining original documents
• Notarizing signatures and completed documents where a notary is required
• Passport and travel documents where a notary’s signature is accepted
• Immigration, government, insurance, and business documents where notarization or a sworn declaration is required
• Affidavits of service, proof of loss, and other sworn statements
• Completed real estate, mortgage, estate, land, deed, and contract documents where notarial services are appropriate
• Homesteads acknowledgements
• Attesting commercial documents brought before me in Saskatchewan
• Documents intended for use outside Saskatchewan, subject to the receiving organization’s requirements

AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT
6 AM to 11 PM • Seven days a week • 365 days a year
Evenings, weekends, and holidays welcome.

RATES
• First notarization: $40
• Each additional notarization: $15
• Travel: $0.75 per km, round trip from Asquith
• Minimum appointment total: $65
