We are looking for an experienced Pizza Cook to join our team at Pizza Nova in Kitchener.

We need someone who already has hands-on pizza-making experience and is comfortable working with a stone-baked pizza oven. This is not an entry-level position.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and stretch pizza dough
• Sauce, top and prepare pizzas according to orders
• Operate a stone-baked pizza oven confidently
• Monitor cooking times and maintain consistent pizza quality
• Handle multiple orders during busy periods
• Complete food preparation and maintain a clean workstation
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work efficiently with the kitchen and front-counter team

Requirements:

• Previous pizza cook experience required
• Stone oven experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced pizza restaurant
• Reliable and punctual
• Available for evening and weekend shifts
• Able to work independently during busy periods
