Job Description

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join an Indian/Pakistani buffet restaurant in the Mississauga area. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist guests with their dining experience, and help maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly and professional service.
Seat guests and assist with menu or buffet-related questions.
Take and serve drink and food orders when required.
Clear and clean tables promptly.
Refill water, drinks, and other items as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
Assist with buffet area setup, restocking, and cleanliness.
Handle customer requests and concerns professionally.
Follow restaurant health, safety, and food-handling procedures.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

Previous restaurant or serving experience is an asset.
Experience in an Indian/Pakistani restaurant or buffet is an asset.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Availability for morning and/or evening shifts, including weekends as required.
