Beyond Detail is a professional auto detailing shop at Unit 11, 170 Finchdene Square, Scarborough. We do interior/exterior detail, polish, and ceramic work for retail and commercial clients — including a lot of trucks. It’s a calm, small shop: you’ll usually work alone or with one other person. Not a chaotic dealership bay.

The role
- Full detailing to shop standards (interior and exterior), including trucks
- Shop helper duties: bay clean-up, chemicals/safety, staging vehicles, day-to-day assist
- Transport and move customer vehicles (valid Ontario G licence required)
- Careful with keys, belongings, and customer handoffs
- Work with the owner on quality before delivery
- Room to grow into a shop manager role if you prove quality, judgment, and reliability

You must have
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence
- Legal right to work in Canada
- Physical strength for full days on trucks (stooping, lifting, wet floors, chemicals)
- Mental toughness — steady quality under pressure, owns mistakes, no drama
- Reliable way to get to Finchdene Square on time
- Comfort working mostly solo or one-on-one

Nice to have
- Prior detailing or high-end car-wash experience
- Polish / ceramic experience
- Clear English for customer handoffs
- Reliable personal vehicle (licence required; own car is a plus)

Pay & hours
$18–$22/hr based on experience · 25–35 hrs/week · primarily weekday shop hours

Good fit if you love detailing, can handle hard truck work, and want a calm shop with a real path to more responsibility.

Not a fit if you want an easy wash bay, can’t drive, or aren’t up for physical / high-standards work.
