AI Process Lead (Contract)

Location: Mississauga, ON - On-site
Rate: $70-$80 per hour

Our client is hiring an AI Process Lead for a contract engagement to design, coordinate, and oversee AI-enabled process workflows across key business functions, including the client's NetSuite environment. You will analyze existing financial and operational processes, identify automation and optimization opportunities, and turn business requirements into actionable AI-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Map process flows, document procedures, and analyze existing financial and operational processes
- Identify, design, and implement AI-driven process efficiencies and automation, including within NetSuite
- Translate business requirements into actionable AI-related tasks and workstreams
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across operations, technology, and compliance
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust workflows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
- Support training and change-management activities to help teams adopt new tools and practices
- Manage project workstreams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines within a structured contract engagement
- Ensure risks are managed and governance standards are met throughout AI initiatives
- Drive continuous process improvement across key business functions
- Report progress and outcomes to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Ability to analyze and document business processes, including workflow mapping, requirements gathering, and continuous process improvement
- Experience coordinating AI or data-driven initiatives, such as automation projects, model deployment workflows, or technology-enabled process optimization
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with operations, technology, and compliance teams
- Familiarity with financial services or related industries, including regulatory considerations, risk management, and data privacy best practices
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (project management software, documentation platforms, basic data analysis tools)
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects or workstreams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Relevant post-secondary education in business, finance, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Curiosity about AI technologies and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies; prior exposure to AI/automation platforms is an asset
- Experience with ERP environments such as NetSuite is an asset
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a structured contract engagement
