On site - Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work site environment - Outdoors, Confined spaces, At heights, Wet/damp, Dangerous, Odours, Dusty, Hot, Noisy, All weather conditions, Dirty

Responsibilities
Setting up and taking down ginseng posts, cables & shade
Planting, hoeing, replanting, harvesting, suckering and grading of tobacco
Apply the technique of hoeing between the row
Greenhouse cleaning
Hand harvesting vegetables
Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts
Sort fruits and vegetables
Weeding
Fertilize and spray crops
Harvest crops
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
Other duties as required

Experience and specialization
Equipment and machinery experience an asset but not required - Farm truck, Forklift, Loader, Tractor, Vegetable harvester, Fertilizer applicator, Planting equipment, Sprayer
