Position: Crown Reach Forklift Operator
Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time | Immediate Start Available
We are currently seeking experienced and safety-focused Crown Reach Forklift Operators to join our warehouse operations team in Mississauga. This role is ideal for candidates with strong warehouse experience, excellent equipment handling skills, and the ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment.

Available Shifts
☀️ Day Shift
* Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
* Hours: 2:00 PM – 10 PM
Job Responsibilities
* Safely operate a Crown Reach Forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
* Load, unload, move, and store products accurately and efficiently.
* Perform inventory movement, replenishment, and material handling tasks.
* Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
* Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
* Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as required.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper product placement.
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and operational targets.

Requirements
* Valid Crown Reach Forklift Licence.
* Minimum previous experience operating a Crown Reach Forklift.
* Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
* Must be comfortable working in a cold storage environment (-18°C).
* CSA-approved safety shoes are mandatory.
* Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts consistently.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Permanent Residents and Canadian Citizens only.

Working Conditions
* Temperature-controlled warehouse environment (-18°C).
* Physically demanding role involving standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment throughout the shift.
* Appropriate cold-weather PPE and work attire are recommended.
