Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-Time, Year – Round work Wages: $18.25/hour. Follow Federal Government wage increases. Anticipated start date: As soon as possible

Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding, combination of walking, bending, standing for long periods of time, lifting, heights using ladder, repetitive, excellent eye hand coordination, attention to detail

Job Duties: Plant, Cultivate, Fertilize, Spray, Irrigate, Harvest Crops Pruning & thinning Operate & maintain farm machinery & equipment Maintain irrigation Clean, Sort debris from harvested fruit, Examine produce for quality and prepare for market Perform other farm duties as required. Learn and follow all health and safety standards Report to and follow directions of orchard supervisor

Skills requirement: No education, no language and no work experience required, we will train Ability to work long hours, early morning and weekends. Ability to work in fast paced environment which may be physically demanding Ability to work in various work environments: wet, damp, dust, hot, cold
