️ VOICE CASTING CALL — $100 SIGN-UP BONUS $100/EPISODE

We are currently casting a new character, Herman, for a popular podcast that is expanding its cast.

The selected voice actor will receive a $100 sign-up bonus, paid the same day after payment information is provided and the agreement is completed. Payment is available by e-transfer or local cash pickup. If you choose cash pickup, the contract can be reviewed and signed in person at the same time.

Compensation & Commitment

This is a six-month paid voice-acting role, with the possibility of continuing into future seasons based on the character’s reception.

Pay: $100 per episode
Recording: Approximately 1–8 sentences per week
Additional dialogue: Anything exceeding 75 words in an episode pays an additional $1 per word
Payment: Every Friday by e-transfer or local pickup

Recordings can be completed at our studio. Actors with a professional-quality home recording setup may also record remotely. For remote recording, we will provide a short sample script for you to record so our audio team can confirm that the sound quality meets production requirements.

We are continuing to expand the podcast and expect to introduce 1–2 new characters each month, so actors who aren’t selected for Herman may still have opportunities to audition for upcoming roles.

Character: Herman ( females may apply )

For this casting call, we’re looking for a cartoonish voice that sounds shy and somewhat nervous, but actively trying to appear stronger and more confident.

Herman should have a cartoon like quieter/lower voice with natural hesitation and occasional slight stuttering. Underneath the nervousness, we want to hear little flashes of boldness beginning to come through.

There is NO need to introduce yourself or provide personal information before auditioning. Simply perform your chosen line in character.

If you are selected, you will be asked to remain on the line, and someone will join you shortly afterward to collect the necessary information, arrange your $100 sign-up payment, explain the contract, and provide details about recording and your start date.

Casting decisions will be made the same day. Production is expected to begin near the end of the month.

Herman — Audition Lines

Option 1 — nervous, attempting to stand his ground:

“I don’t know who you are, but stay out of my life! …Please.”

Option 2 — frightened and reassuring:

“I know what you did, but I promise I won’t tell anybody. I’ll keep it all to myself.”

Option 3 — terrified/panicked:

Screaming: “Please, just stay away from me! Stay away! Don’t come any closer!”
Yelling for help: “He’s trying to eat me!”
