Merriam Turkeys

6 week old Merriam Turkey chicks selling at Picture Butte Odd n Unusual Sale on September 26th, 2026 at 10:00 am. www.pbauction.ca

Male and female chicks, white and wild type will be available. Parents are all wild type coloration. Beautiful calm birds that make great pets and flock guardians. The parents are smart easy birds to have around... I never thought I'd call a turkey smart lol.

The males will mature to around 20 pounds and the females 8-12 lbs. All will have beautiful plumages, the white chicks have cream and black barring in their feathers that are already starting to form. Currently on Turkey/Game Starter and Cracked Wheat.
