Schwab's RV World in Leduc is looking for an experienced, motivated RV Service Writer to join our busy service department!
We're looking for someone who knows RVs, enjoys helping customers and can keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• RV knowledge and experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to schedule repairs and coordinate with technicians.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Someone who can multitask and work well under pressure.
• A positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Working directly with customers, coordinating repairs with our technicians, preparing work orders, providing updates and helping deliver an excellent service experience from start to finish.
