B Advantage Facility Services Inc. is a commercial janitorial and multi-unit suite turnover provider serving Markham, Durham Region, and the GTA.

We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians / Subcontractors for on-call unit turnovers and recurring commercial accounts. 

Key Responsibilities:
Perform deep turnover cleans for vacant residential units (inside appliances, cabinet sanitization, washrooms, baseboards, and floor care). 
Execute commercial common area maintenance (sanitizing high-touch areas, glass, washrooms, and floors). 
Maintain client privacy and uphold high professional standards on all job sites. 

Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License & Personal Reliable Vehicle (Required). 
Must be willing to complete a Criminal Record

Check / Background Check.
1 years of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred. 
Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and acute attention to detail. 
Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person crew.
