We are currently looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our insurance team in Bolton, Ontario.

Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing, and general inquiries
• Prepare and process insurance documents
• Follow up with clients for required information and documentation
• Communicate with insurance companies and underwriters
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and email
• Support brokers with day-to-day administrative tasks

Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and able to multitask
• Comfortable working with computers, email, and insurance systems
• Previous insurance experience is an asset

IMPORTANT: This is a 100% IN-OFFICE position.
• Must be able to come into the Bolton office every working day
• No remote or hybrid work
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the office
