Part Time Building Operator
Start Date: Sept 28, 2026

Starting Wage: $21.00 - Plus on-call pay and fuel compensation
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 6 Hours Per day minimum
Uniform: Company shirt provided. Pants and closed toe shoes not provided.
Location: Various locations in and around Downtown
Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain designated facility areas
• Communicate professionally with our clients
• Answer phone and respond to voice messages, emails and other administrative duties
• Minor wall repairs and painting
• Equipment inspections
• Coordinate Trades
• Adapt to all situation that arise in a condominium setting
• Move Security
• Snow clearing in winter and yard work in summer
Requirements:
• Excellent English verbal and written skills
• Have vehicle to move between work sites
• Familiar with the use of computers, office equipment
• Versatile with emails, Word and Excel
• Must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational skills
• Must be in good physical condition
• Must be adaptive to ever changing situations

Assets:
• Access control systems, intercoms and video surveillance
• General knowledge of doors, motors, pumps, mechanical systems
• Proven work experience in this or similar industry
