Permanent Arctic Positions
Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Class 1 drivers for permanent Arctic positions. The successful candidates will work in Arctic driving conditions and support safe, reliable transportation operations using modern, well-maintained equipment.

• Additional heavy equipment support as required
Key Responsibilities
• Operate Class 1 commercial vehicles safely and professionally in Arctic conditions.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
• Follow company safety procedures, site requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and required vehicle records.
• Work effectively as part of a safety-focused team.
• Support site transportation and related operational requirements as directed.
Qualifications & Experience
• Valid Class 1 driver's licence.
• Experience driving in Arctic or severe winter conditions.
• Strong commitment to safe and responsible driving practices.
• Reliable, safety-focused team player.
• Skid steer and telehandler certifications are considered an asset.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 14/14 rotation.
Working Environment
This position involves working in remote Arctic environments, including challenging weather, road, and site conditions. Candidates should be prepared for travel, outdoor work, and the demands of Arctic operations.
