Selling 3 burial plots (9ft by 3ft 4in each), side-by-side at Mount Lawn Cemetery in Whitby. Plots are located in the beautiful, serene setting of the sought-after Serenity Garden. Given the large size, each plot can hold 1 casket and 2 cremation urns OR 3 cremation urns. The cemetery’s current list price for each plot is $8805. We are selling EACH plot for $6000. As we would prefer to sell the 3 plots together, we would consider selling each plot individually. We are working closely with the Mount Lawn Cemetery to arrange the sale - the transfer of ownership and payment will be completed at the Mount Lawn Cemetery office.
