We’re looking for an experienced, friendly, and organized Automotive Service Writer to join our busy shop. We’re a small, family-owned business that takes pride in treating our customers and our team like family.

What You’ll Do
Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service
Write and manage repair orders from start to finish
Communicate vehicle concerns and repair recommendations clearly
Prepare estimates and obtain customer approvals
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Coordinate with technicians to keep work flowing efficiently
Answer phones, schedule appointments and manage daily shop workflow
Maintain strong relationships with our valued customers

What We’re Looking For
Automotive service-writing or service-advisor experience
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, busy shop
Comfortable discussing vehicle repairs, maintenance, and estimates
Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
A team player who enjoys working in a close-knit environment
