Position: Fruit and Vegetable Farm Labourer

Location: Lambton Shores, Ontario
Wage: $17.95/hour
Job Description:
Fruit farm labourer, supports daily crop production activities to ensure healthy plants and high-quality harvests. This role involves physical, repetitive tasks and requires attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Following all workplace policies and safety procedures.
Duties include but not limited to:
Performing physical work, including standing, bending, kneeling and lifting up to 50 lb.
Planting, pruning and general crop maintenance.
Harvesting and packing produce.
Working in various weather conditions example: heat, humidity, rain or cold temperatures.
Reliable, punctual and safety-minded.
