You will be sharing the apartment with two other roommates in their twenties, one male and one female, and it’s a generally social environment but also we are not home very often due to busy work and social lives.
- $836 all included and fully furnished except for hydro, lease takeover starts from Dec 1 or Jan 1, and lease renews July 1, 2027
Free parking included with the private driveway spot
- 5 min walk from metro Snowdon (orange and blue lines) and near bus lines many stores walking distance. Close to U de M
- Fully furnished with sheets, mattress, closet space, drawers under the bed, a desk, and two chairs in the room (portable AC seen in photo is not included but I’d be open to selling it)
