Responsibilities
Greet customers with a positive and professional attitude.
Process cash, debit, credit card, and mobile payments accurately.
Take customer orders in person and over the phone.
Answer customer questions regarding menu items and promotions.
Maintain a clean and organized front counter area.
Assist with order packaging and coordination with kitchen staff.
Handle customer concerns courteously and professionally.
Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-shift procedures.
Follow company policies and food safety standards.
Qualifications
Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
