Located on Temperance Street, 7-minutes-walk to the University of Saskatchewan and 4-minutes-walk to the bus stop on College drive. It is ideal for students or professionals working at the university or the hospital.
You will be occupying the main floor which is approximately 1288 square feet of living space. The three bedrooms are large. One of them has its separate 2-piece bathroom. The living room and the dining area have hardwood floors, the kitchen has vinyl flooring, and the floors of the rooms are carpeted.
Laundry facilities are shared with the tenants of a self-contained basement suite. The suite will be rented to responsible and quiet students (third-year, fourth-year, graduate students or professionals working at the University or hospital). The suite has separate entrance.
Available September 25, 2026, or later. Showings are by appointments.
Tenants must be willing to sign a lease contract with at least 8-month commitment, and they must provide positive proof of financial capacity to fulfil their obligations as specified in the contract. A security deposit of one month’s rent is required upon signing the lease.
