180 Transformations is a leading kitchen cabinet refinishing company in the Kitchener/Waterloo region! We are looking to expand our team with a new cabinet painter/refinisher APPRENTICE position.

What we ARE looking for:
- Someone very self-motivated looking to grow their skillset and grow within our company
- Very high focus and attention to details
- Very respectful and kind towards others
- Eager to learn a new trade (previous painting experience is required, but not necessarily in cabinet refinishing or spraying)
- In possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

What we are NOT looking for:
- Someone who thinks they've mastered painting and can be plugged in right away
- Someone who doesn't take ownership over their mistakes & is willing to learn/fix them
- Someone who doesn't have a license & vehicle (this is a requirement for the position)
