CTI Flooring is looking for an experienced tile setter to join our team in Ottawa.

This position is specifically for someone who already knows the trade. If you’ve worked on your own, subcontracted, or run your own small tile business and you’re looking for something more consistent, this could be a great fit.

We are an established flooring company with steady year-round work, specializing primarily in high-end custom tile installations.

We’re looking for someone who is confident working independently and has real experience with:

• Custom showers and bathrooms
• Large-format porcelain tile
• Heated floors and waterproofing systems
• Mitres and detailed finish work
• Layouts, patterns and precision installations
• Schluter systems
• Residential custom work

We’re not looking for someone who needs to be taught how to set tile from the beginning. We want an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, keeps a clean job site and understands the level of detail expected in custom homes.
