Adept Landscape & Construction Inc. is hiring reliable, hardworking Snow Removal Labourers for the upcoming winter season in the Calgary/Rocky View area.

Applicants must be dependable and prepared to work when snow events occur, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays when required.

Responsibilities include:

* Shovelling sidewalks, walkways, entrances and other designated areas
* Operating snow blowers and other small snow-removal equipment
* Applying ice melt/de-icing products
* Clearing snow and ice safely and efficiently
* Working alongside equipment operators and other crew members
* Completing required hazard assessments and following company safety procedures
* Maintaining a high standard of workmanship at customer properties

We’re looking for people who:

* Are dependable and able to report to work when called
* Are physically capable of performing repetitive outdoor labour
* Can work outdoors in cold and changing winter conditions
* Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Take safety seriously and follow instructions
* Have reliable transportation to get to work
* Have snow-removal or landscaping experience (an asset, but not necessarily required)
