Hello, I am a 22 year old woman urgently looking to move into my own place for the first time. I would like a one bedroom apartment or bachelor within walking distance of downtown Bracebridge or Gravenhurst, unfurnished and preferably all-inclusive. No parking needed.

I am a quiet non-smoker who takes pride in where I live, maintaining a tidy space with respect for both the space and those around me.

I have a friendly 8 year old female cotonpoo dog that will be living with me, so a pet-friendly space is necessary.

Unfortunately, I have never owned a credit card, therefore have no credit history. However, I do have first and last month’s rent, character references, and am willing to pay an advance.
