Full-Time Position ($30-$45/hr, possibility of salary)

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Roofing Shingler and labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in roofing or construction, is comfortable working at heights, and takes pride in completing quality work safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Install and build roofs using a variety of roofing materials, tools, and equipment
• Complete roofing projects within established timelines
• Repair, replace, and remove damaged or deteriorated roofing materials
• Remove debris and prepare roof surfaces for installation
• Install vapour barriers, vents, and other roofing components as required
• Ensure completed roofing systems are properly installed and provide protection from weather conditions such as rain, snow, and wind
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other roofing equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company and workplace health and safety procedures
• Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

Requirements

• Previous experience in shingling, roofing, or a similar construction role
• Experience using a variety of hand tools and construction equipment
• Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor work
• Comfortable and confident working at heights
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licence to travel to various job sites
• Ability to work full-time hours
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
