Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of actual hands-on restaurant management experience
- Previous grill/restaurant experience is required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with staff scheduling and daily restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
