Position Overview:
Looking to hire a team of two live-in site superintendent to oversee the cleaning and onsite
maintenance activities for a residential building. You will be working under the direction of
the Property Manager. This will be a live-in position.

Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills for relationship building and conflict resolution;
• Successful at working on your own or managing teams of on-site staff, contractors,
and vendors;
• Excellent organization, planning and time management skills
