PARTICIPANTS NEEDED FOR A HEALTH RESEARCH SURVEY STUDY

Help us improve how we measure Type I and II Diabetes!

Researchers at Borliner are looking for adults to help us test a new health questionnaire. We want to make sure the questions are clear, easy to understand, and meaningful to
patients.

Who Can Participate?

You may be eligible if you:

• Are 18 years or older
• Have been diagnosed with Type I or II Diabetes
• Speak and read English as a primary language
• Live in Canada
• Have access to a computer or tablet with a webcam

What is Involved?

• One virtual interview: A single session via video conference lasting 1 hour
• A "Think-Aloud" Review: You will read through the new survey and tell the
interviewer out loud what you think each question means.
• Feedback: You will point out any words or choices that feel confusing or hard to
answer.

Compensation

Participants will receive $75 for their time and effort upon completion of the interview.
