- Coloured 3D plan views for layout and approvals
- Full resolution images, suitable for print, email or social
- Three rounds of changes, no extra charge
HOW WE PRICE IT
Pricing is per model rather than per image. The modelling and the lighting is the work; the renders that come out of it are not charged separately.
Single spaces start at $700. Multi-unit, multi-floor and mixed-use work is quoted individually, with a fixed price agreed before we start. No hourly billing.
HOW THIS WORKS AT A DISTANCE
Drawings come to us by email, we review the work with you over video call, and the finished files come back the same way. Nobody needs to be on site for any of it.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Whatever is available: drawings, a PDF, a base building set, or photos of the unit and a rough layout. If we cannot work from it, you will hear that straight away.
TIMELINE
Around 5 to 7 business days from the point we have what we need.
For architects and design firms: we work white label under your own name, so the images go out as your studio's. Ask about volume rates.
Please note: we produce visuals and presentation material. We do not stamp or submit building permit drawings.
