You have fit-out drawings. They are flat, they are technical, and they do not tell you what the space is going to feel like when it is built and lit.
We turn them into photorealistic 3D images, so you know what you are paying for before the first stud goes up.
WHAT THIS SOLVES
- You see the space at eye level, lit, with the finishes you are actually considering.
- Two fit-out options rendered from the same camera make the decision obvious.
- Your builder works from a picture rather than an interpretation.
- The images carry straight into leasing, hoarding and pre-launch marketing.
WHAT COMES WITH IT
- A full 3D model of the space, and as many views out of it as you want
- Interiors with your joinery, materials and lighting scheme in place
- The building exterior and entrance, day or evening
- Material and finish options rendered side by side
- Coloured 3D floor plans for layout and approvals
- High resolution files for print, email or social
- Three revision rounds, built into the price
PRICING
We charge for the model of the space, not per render. Once it is built and lit, the other side of the room costs nothing to see.
Single spaces start at $700. Multi-unit, multi-floor and mixed-use work is quoted individually, with a fixed price agreed before we start. No hourly billing.
HOW THIS WORKS AT A DISTANCE
Drawings come to us by email, we review the work with you over video call, and the finished files come back the same way. Nobody needs to be on site for any of it.
WHAT TO SEND US
Send whatever exists. Fit-out or architectural drawings, a PDF, or photographs of the unit with a rough plan.
HOW LONG IT TAKES
Usually 5 to 7 business days once the drawings reach us.
For architects and design firms: we work white label under your own name, so the images go out as your studio's. Ask about volume rates.
Please note: we produce visuals and presentation material. We do not stamp or submit building permit drawings.
