Description
A lease is signed, a budget is set, and the only picture anyone has of the finished space is a black and white plan with furniture symbols on it.
We build the space in 3D, light it properly, and hand back images of the finished fit-out before demolition starts.
WHY IT IS WORTH DOING

- The trades build what was actually approved, which is the cheapest way to avoid a variation.

WHAT COMES WITH IT
- One properly built 3D model of the unit, with unlimited views pulled from it

- Coloured 3D floor plans when the layout needs to be read at a glance
- Full resolution images, suitable for print, email or social
- Three rounds of revisions included
PRICING
The fee covers the model, not the image count. After the space is built in 3D and lit, additional views cost nothing, because the expensive part is already done.
Single spaces start at $800. Multi-unit, multi-floor and mixed-use work is quoted individually, with a fixed price agreed before we start. No hourly billing.
WHAT TO SEND US
Send what you have. Fit-out drawings, a designer's PDF, a base building set, or photographs of the empty unit plus a sketch of the plan.
HOW LONG IT TAKES
Typically 5 to 7 business days once your drawings are in our hands.
For architects and design firms: we work white label under your own name, so the images go out as your studio's. Ask about volume rates.
Please note: we produce visuals and presentation material. We do not stamp or submit building permit drawings.
