We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking Gas Station Cashier & Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, accurately handle cash and card transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked convenience store.

Responsibilities

* Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
* Operate the cash register and process cash, debit, credit, lottery, and other transactions accurately.
* Stock shelves, coolers, and displays, and ensure products are properly organized and faced.
* Maintain store cleanliness, including counters, floors, washrooms, coffee station, and other customer areas.
* Replenish inventory and monitor low-stock items.
* Assist customers with questions, purchases, and product locations.
* Verify ID for age-restricted products in accordance with Ontario regulations.
* Follow store procedures for opening, closing, and shift handovers.
* Help receive deliveries and organize inventory in the back room.
* Maintain a safe and welcoming shopping environment.

Requirements

* Previous cashier or retail/customer service experience is an asset (training can be provided).
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
* Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
