Position: Truck Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

* Dispatch and coordinate trucks and drivers efficiently
* Find and negotiate loads with brokers and customers
* Plan routes and manage driver schedules
* Communicate with drivers throughout the day
* Track shipments and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
* Handle rate confirmations, BOLs and other dispatch paperwork
* Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers
* Monitor driver hours and help resolve operational issues

✅ Requirements:

* Previous trucking/dispatch experience preferred
* Knowledge of the Canadian & U.S. freight market
* Experience with load boards such as Loadlink/Truckstop is an asset
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Good computer skills
* Must be reliable, organized and professional

Compensation
