INDUSTRIAL SPRAY PAINTERS/GRINDER/POLISHER – PERMANENT JOB
Mississauga, ON | $20–$25/hour

We are currently hiring experienced Industrial Spray Painters/grinder/polisher(metal industry) for a permanent, full-time position with an established company in Mississauga.

Pay: $20–$25/hour

Permanent Full-Time Position

Job Responsibilities:
Perform industrial spray painting of metal and manufactured components
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding and masking
Mix and apply industrial paints and coatings
Ensure proper paint coverage, finish and quality
Follow workplace health & safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Previous industrial spray painting experience
Experience with spray guns and industrial coatings
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to lift and handle materials as required

1. Grinder

Uses hand and power grinders to remove welds, sharp edges, excess metal, and surface imperfections from fabricated metal parts.
Inspects finished pieces to ensure they meet required size, shape, and quality standards.

2. Polisher

Polishes and smooths metal surfaces using polishing machines, abrasive wheels, and finishing tools.
Removes scratches and imperfections to achieve the required smooth, clean, or finished appearance.
