How much is this build going to cost you? And how clearly can you actually picture the result?

For most people the honest answer is "a lot" and "not very." All you have been handed is flat black and white drawings. We turn those into photorealistic 3D images so you know exactly what you are paying for.

WHY IT IS WORTH DOING

- Imagination stops doing the heavy lifting. The brick is the brick, the light is the light, and the proportions are the ones you are paying for.
- You can put the choices beside each other. Same angle, same time of day, only the finish changes, which is the only fair way to decide.

PRICING

The fee covers the model, not the image count. After your house is built in 3D and lit, additional angles cost nothing, because the expensive part is already done.

Most homes land between $600 and $3000 depending on size and level of detail. You get a fixed quote before we start. No hourly billing, no surprises.

HOW THIS WORKS AT A DISTANCE

Drawings come to us by email, we review the work with you over video call, and the finished files come back the same way. Nobody needs to be on site for any of it.

WHAT TO SEND US

Whatever you can send. Drawings, a designer's PDF, a survey, or photos and a sketch. We will look at it and tell you honestly whether there is enough to build from.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Typically 5 to 7 business days once your drawings are in our hands.

Please note: we produce visuals and presentation material. We do not stamp or submit building permit drawings.
