Additions and rebuilds are where drawings fail you most. New work has to sit against a house that already exists, and a flat elevation is terrible at showing whether it will look right.

We model the existing house and the new work together, then render the whole thing, so you see how it lands before anyone starts demolition.

HOW WE PRICE IT

Pricing is per model, never per image. The modelling and lighting is the job. Once that exists, the other side of the house costs you nothing to see.

Most homes land between $700 and $3000 depending on size and level of detail. You get a fixed quote before we start. No hourly billing, no surprises.

HOW THIS WORKS AT A DISTANCE

Drawings come to us by email, we review the work with you over video call, and the finished files come back the same way. Nobody needs to be on site for any of it.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Send whatever exists. Drawings, a PDF from your designer, a survey, or photos of the current house with a sketch of what you want. If it is not enough, we will say so rather than guess.

TIMELINE

Normally 5 to 7 business days, counted from the day the drawings arrive.

Please note: we produce visuals and presentation material. We do not stamp or submit building permit drawings.
