You have drawings. They are flat, they are black and white, and they do not tell you what your house is going to look like. We turn them into photorealistic 3D images, so you know what you are paying for before the first wall goes up.

WHAT IT COSTS AND WHY

You pay once, for the model. Every view after that is free, since the work is in building and lighting the house, not in pressing render again.

Most homes land between $750 and $3000 depending on size and level of detail. You get a fixed quote before we start. No hourly billing, no surprises.

HOW THIS WORKS AT A DISTANCE

Drawings come to us by email, we review the work with you over video call, and the finished files come back the same way. Nobody needs to be on site for any of it.

WHAT TO SEND

Whatever you already have. Architectural drawings, a PDF from your designer, a survey, or even photos of the existing house with a rough sketch of the plan. We will tell you honestly if there is not enough there to work from.

HOW LONG

Normally 5 to 7 business days, counted from the day the drawings arrive.

Please note: we produce visuals and presentation material. We do not stamp or submit building permit drawings.
