Most people approve a set of flat black and white drawings, then find out what their house actually looks like once the money is already spent. We turn those drawings into photorealistic 3D images, so there are no surprises left by the time the trades show up.

WHY IT IS WORTH DOING

- Imagination stops doing the heavy lifting. The brick is the brick, the light is the light, and the proportions are the ones you are paying for.
- Options stop being arguments. Two claddings, two window colours, two roof lines, rendered from one camera in one light, and the answer is obvious.
- Nobody on site has to interpret anything. A single agreed image is cheaper than the change order that follows a misunderstanding.
- You have something to show. Family, neighbours, a Committee of Adjustment submission, or a buyer down the road.

PRICING

The fee covers the model, not the image count. After your house is built in 3D and lit, additional angles cost nothing, because the expensive part is already done.

Most homes land between $700 and $3000 depending on size and level of detail. You get a fixed quote before we start. No hourly billing, no surprises.

WHAT TO SEND US

Whatever you already have. Architectural drawings, a PDF from your designer, a survey, or even photos of the existing house with a rough sketch of the plan. We will tell you honestly if there is not enough there to work from.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Usually 5 to 7 business days from the day we have your drawings.

Please note: we produce visuals and presentation material. We do not stamp or submit building permit drawings.
