Can you actually picture the house you are about to build? Not the floor plan. The house. Brick, windows, roof line, the way it sits on the lot, what it looks like from the sidewalk.

Most people cannot, because all they have been given is flat black and white drawings. We turn those drawings into photorealistic 3D images so you know exactly what you are paying for.

WHY IT IS WORTH DOING

- Imagination stops doing the heavy lifting. The brick is the brick, the light is the light, and the proportions are the ones you are paying for.
- You can put the choices beside each other. Same angle, same time of day, only the finish changes, which is the only fair way to decide.
- It removes the gap between what you meant and what gets framed. That gap is expensive, and it always shows up late.
- You have something to show. Family, neighbours, a Committee of Adjustment submission, or a buyer down the road.

PRICING

You pay once, for the model. Every view after that is free, since the work is in building and lighting the house, not in pressing render again.

Most homes land between $750 and $3000 depending on size and level of detail. You get a fixed quote before we start. No hourly billing, no surprises.

WHAT TO SEND US

Send whatever exists. Drawings, a PDF from your designer, a survey, or photos of the current house with a sketch of what you want. If it is not enough, we will say so rather than guess.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Usually 5 to 7 business days from the day we have your drawings.

Please note: we produce visuals and presentation material. We do not stamp or submit building permit drawings.
