Looking to store my 91 Coupe for the winter. Doesn’t need to be fully heated, but would prefer some sort of insulation. At the bare minimum, need a space that is completely sealed away from the elements and rodents. Have been storing in a garage but not longer have access to it. Willing to pay upfront, and of course meet prior to agreeing on anything. Would bring all the necessary gear and place underneath the car in case any oil were to leak etc. to ensure no mess.

Access throughout the winter to start and run periodically is a bonus.
