Job description:
Looking for a part-time pastry chef. Early morning shifts (7am-11am). Monday - Friday. Takes place in a fact-paced wholesale environment. MUST have professional baking/cooking experience. Do NOT contact if you do not have experience. Call 416-841-7533 for more info.

Key Responsibilities:
● Creating pastries, cakes, and baked goods by following a set recipe
● Actively participate in the development and creation of new seasonally inspired dishes.
● Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure a beautiful and tasteful presentation.
● Work with a variety of kitchen equipment. i.e ovens, stand mixers, countertop mixers, torches.
● Ensuring the workstation is kept clean and orderly.
● You must also be able to lift bags up to 50 pounds and be able to stand for long periods of time.

Qualifications:
● 2 or more years experience working within the food industry
● Working knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process
● Food Handlers Certification
● Ability to work in a fast paced environment
