This 2008 Sandpiper fifth wheel has been parked at our Lake lot at North Buck Lake since 2008.We are the original owners purchased new. Late this summer, we noticed the back wall had sustained a water leak, causing some back floor damage. This unit is still very much livable and has been an excellent unit for many years. This would be the perfect RV for someone willing to put in some sweat equity to have a solid 5th wheel, as the rest of the unit is in good shape.

This unit is in need of some TLC to repair the back wall and floor. Additionally there is a problem with a 40 amp fuse popping when moving the slides in or out. We have been using the manual override to manage the slides.

This RV has a great layout. It has a front king walk around bed and full barheoom. There is a separate bedroom in the back of this unit complete with sink and speparate toilet. See BBC BB pictures for secs and floor plan.
