We are looking for an individual (preferably working females) who would like to rent a shared room starting October 1st. This room also has a storage room as well. We would prefer someone who is willing to stay here for a long time (at least 6 months minimum).
This location is very convenient overall, since we have a nearby shopping mall(Scarborough Town Centre), a local grocery store(Colangelo Brothers Food Market), nearby public transit(TTC Buses on Brimley Rd and Midland Ave). Bus stops are 5-10 minute walk away from our home. Overall, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.
