Schedule: Flexible, primarily daytime hours & weekends

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking team member to join our housekeeping team and help maintain beautiful Airbnb and vacation rental properties throughout the Lambton Shores area.

About the Role

As an Airbnb Housekeeping Team Member, you will help ensure our vacation rental properties are spotless, fresh, organized, and guest-ready between stays.

You will work both independently and as part of a team while following property-specific cleaning standards and checklists.

Every guest should walk into a spotless, fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared home.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and reset Airbnb/vacation rental properties between guests
Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces
Change and make beds to a high standard
Clean and sanitize bathrooms
Restock toiletries, paper products, and guest supplies
Handle and organize laundry and linens
Check properties for damage, missing items, or maintenance concerns
Follow property-specific cleaning checklists and standards
Ensure each property is completely guest-ready before check-in
Communicate promptly with the team regarding any issues
Assist with deep cleans, seasonal cleaning, and organizing as needed

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to work independently
Comfortable working at a quick but thorough pace
Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and carrying laundry
Available for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required
A good communicator
Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hotel, or Airbnb experience is an asset
Training can be provided for the right person

Reliable transportation to and from properties
Flexible daytime availability
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and able to meet guest turnover deadlines
Comfortable working around pets at some properties
