So you're looking to buy a bachelor condo downtown at a bargain price because it is a buyer's market. I don't offer that. I am looking for a fair price for the size and location of the condo I have to offer.
Yes, I am aware that any condo downtown offers location, but one also has to take into account square footage as this can differ by as much as 100 square feet for a similar or cheaper price.

I have 516 square feet - which is MPAC confirmed - on the penthouse level (18th floor) at 250 Wellington St W in the heart of walkable downtown Toronto/King-West.
The PH-level means you get an extra foot of ceiling height for a more airy feel. The corner suite location is a bonus. As well, with only 18 floors the building is quieter and less crowded than most extra-tall downtown Toronto buildings.
My condo with no balcony faces North, but has a sliding door to a Juliet balcony which facilitates air flow. Nobu on Merton St is a direct neighbour.
