We are growing and looking for a reliable and dedicated Snow Removal Tractor Operator to join our team for the 2026-2027 winter season.

This position involves providing snow removal services for residential properties along an assigned route. Candidates must be available throughout the winter season, including weekends and holidays, as snow events require.

Requirements:
• Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently
• Flexible availability during snow events, including weekends and holidays
• Clean driving abstract
• Previous tractor or snow removal experience is an asset; training is available for the right candidate
• Comfortable working in challenging winter weather conditions
• Able to follow an assigned route and complete snow removal duties safely and efficiently
