Reliable construction subcontractor or sole proprietor is needed for occasional residential job sites in the Halifax area. Work involves one to two days per month assisting with rooftop solar panel installations, including carrying materials, installing racking with drills and hammers, and site cleanup. Requirements include competence working on rooftops and ladders, hands-on construction or roofing experience, and valid registration to operate in Nova Scotia with an HST number. Fall-protection training is preferred. Tools, safety equipment, and transportation to the site are provided.

I'm looking to build a relationship with a reliable subcontractor or sole proprietor who can make themselves available for occasional help on residential job sites in the Halifax area.

Work would typically be one or two days per month, depending on project schedules and weather. Tasks would include:

* Assisting with rooftop solar panel installations
* Carrying and positioning equipment and materials
* Installing racking and other mechanical components using a drill and hammer.
* Working from ladders and on residential rooftops
* General construction support and site cleanup

Requirements:

* Comfortable and competent working on rooftops and ladders
* Construction, roofing, carpentry, solar, or similar hands-on experience
* Reliable and available on an occasional, weather-dependent basis
* Properly registered to operate in Nova Scotia
* Able to provide formal invoices showing a valid HST registration number
* Appropriate fall-protection and workplace-safety training is preferred
* Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a small crew

You would work alongside my self, and I will provide the required tools, safety equipment, fall-protection equipment, and transportation to the job site.

This is occasional subcontract work, not a full-time gig. Compensation will be agreed upon based on experience and the nature of the work.
